Elba Haxel es artista visual especializada en dirección de arte, fotografía y vídeo.
En su práctica artística reflexiona sobre conceptos como la identidad y la relación entre el espacio real e imaginado generando diálogos en torno a la memoria, el tiempo y la materialidad de la imagen. La literatura, la filosofía, el cine o los textos de divulgación científica en los que se inspira, se sumergen en alegorías y metáforas que le permiten evocar la interacción poética entre el paisaje y lo humano e imaginar correlaciones sensoriales.

Elba Haxel is a visual artist specialising in art direction, photography and video.
In her artistic practice she reflects on concepts such as identity and the relationship between real and imagined space, generating dialogues around memory, time and the materiality of the image. The literature, philosophy, cinema and popular science texts that inspire him are immersed in allegories and metaphors that allow him to evoke the poetic interaction between the landscape and the human and to imagine sensory correlations.
